DevRev Forge, the year's first must-build AI hackathon, challenges you to crack the Multi-Channel Voice of Customer (VoC) data conundrum using LLMs.

In today's digital landscape, customer feedback and sentiments are dispersed across various channels such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Twitter, Email, App Reviews, Instagram, Facebook, and more. Collating this Voice of Customer (VoC) data is pivotal for organizations to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences.

However, the diverse sources and unstructured nature of this data pose challenges in processing, denoising, and extracting actionable insights effectively.

The challenge is to develop an AI-powered solution that uses snap-ins to seamlessly aggregate VoC data from multiple channels. This solution should leverage the capabilities of the DevRev platform, utilizing its APIs for data ingestion and an omnichannel inbox for displaying actionable items to internal teams.

Key Objectives

  • Multi-Channel Data Ingestion: Create a robust system capable of ingesting unstructured data from diverse channels and formats (email, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, forums, etc.) using DevRev APIs.
  • Data Denoising and Preprocessing: Implement AI-driven algorithms to clean, preprocess, and denoise the collected data, removing irrelevant information, noise, and duplicates.
  • AI-Driven Clustering: Develop machine learning or natural language processing models to cluster the denoised data into meaningful categories or themes based on sentiment, topic, or customer intent. Be as creative as you can!
  • Actionable Insights Generation: Translate the clustered data into actionable items or insights that can be readily understood and acted upon by internal teams within organizations.

Application Process:

  • Fill in the application form to apply for the hackathon.
  • Go to the hackathon website to get more details on the hackathon, and go through the resources to help you get up to speed.
  • Attend the opening ceremony (more details on this to follow soon).
  • Once the hackathon starts, fill the access request form to request any access/credits that you require for your submission (to paid APIs or LLMs).

The top 5 teams will be felicitated in DevRev's annual conference, DevRev Effortless, hosted at Grand Hyatt BKC, Mumbai on 13th March 2024.
